Our Story
Real Training Outcomes was created after seeing too many people sit through long, confusing courses and walk out still unsure what to do in a real emergency or on a real construction site.
We wanted something different:
training that is clear and easy to understand
trainers who speak from real industry experience
classes that are hands-on and engaging
outcomes that help people get work and stay safe.
Today, we train students, tradies, apprentices, workplace teams and community groups across Sydney who want genuine skills, not just a certificate.
How We Train
Practical, Real-World Learning
We focus on doing, not just listening. Every course includes:
realistic case studies and scenarios
demonstrations followed by hands-on practice
activities that match what you’ll actually do in the workplace.
For example, in First Aid you practise CPR on manikins and use training AEDs. In White Card, you work through real construction hazards and site procedures.
