Real Training for Real-World Safety

At Real Training Outcomes, we believe that safety training should be practical, clear and directly connected to the real world. Based in Sydney, we specialise in White Card and First Aid courses that help people get job-ready, stay compliant and feel confident to respond in an emergency.

We are a training organisation built around one simple promise:
Real Training. Real Outcomes.
That means small classes, hands-on practice and trainers who speak from real construction and first aid experience – not just from a textbook.

Our team uses up-to-date, nationally recognised resources, modern equipment and realistic scenarios so you learn exactly what you’ll face on site and in the workplace. Whether you’re new to the industry or refreshing your skills, we focus on making every session engaging, supportive and easy to understand.

What Our Client Says

A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradise

I needed my White Card quickly for a new job. The trainer explained everything in simple language and used real site examples. I walked out feeling confident and ready to start work.

James T. Construction Labourer, Parramatta

I’ve done a few first aid courses over the years but this one was the easiest to follow. Lots of hands-on practice with CPR and the AED, and the trainer didn’t rush us.

Monica R. Childcare Educator, Blacktown

I get nervous in big groups, but the class was small and the trainer was very approachable. I felt comfortable asking questions and got help whenever I needed it.

Arjun S. Apprentice Electrician, Liverpool

I booked last minute and they still managed to fit me in. From the booking process to getting my certificate, everything was smooth and organised.”

Sarah M. WHS Officer, Sydney CBD

I expected the White Card to be boring, but the trainer kept it engaging with stories, videos and activities. Time went fast and I actually learned a lot.

Liam P. Trade Assistant, Merrylands

I expected the White Card to be boring, but the trainer kept it engaging with stories, videos and activities. Time went fast and I actually learned a lot.
